Matt is a Graduate of Nordonia High School in Macedonia, Ohio; Class of 1995. In 1996, Matt began his career in the real estate industry as an Appraiser for 5 years. He later joined the nationally recognized Tri-Source Title Agency Team where he continued to grow his knowledge and experience in the many facets of the title and escrow business. Matt quickly worked his way up the chains from an Order and Commitment Typist to a top executive leading the Closing Department of Tri-Source. In 2011, Matt was presented with an attractive opportunity to join the Closer / Funder Team at JP Morgan Chase. Due to his superior CSAT scores and overall sales production, Matt was then assigned to the Chase Private Client Team where he played a major roll in growing the department. In 2014, Matt became a prominent member of WCR and SCAR, and was also on the board for the YPN of SCAR until 2017 when he obtained his Ohio Title Insurance License and became a partner of First Meridian Title

I am a graduate of Nordonia Hills High School in Macedonia, Ohio as class of 1999. Since 2011 i have been in the Mortgage industry starting of as a Jr. Loan Officer and continued to work my way up in the rankings. In 2014 I became a Sr. Loan Officer at Bridgeview Bank Mortgage Company and thrived to become one of the top producers for my team at BBMC. I then moved on to becoming a Contract to Close Specialist with NLC Loans where I handled the closing process once the customer received the contract to buy the home from the seller. This position gave me great strength into understand the entire purchase process since i was dealing with all realtors, buyers/seller, appraisals, and all title work. When I am not working i also help within my community. I am part of the Nordonia Sports and Complex Committee and coach have coached youth baseball/softball. I help run charity softball tournaments to raise money for people who have lost loved ones too early in their lives. Last
